For the athlete ready to be seen

You're talented. But they don't know you exist.

College football coaches recruit the players they know. Visible Athlete gives you the system, the tools, and the plan to put yourself in front of them and finally get seen.

The system behind Visible Athlete

“

The relationships came from the work. Early on, I was taught the same system that's behind Visible Athlete. I learned how to set myself up to be seen, how to reach out the right way, and how to stay consistent with it week after week. That's what got me my first real conversations with programs. Later it took off on its own, but it started there. That's what Visible Athlete is built on.

Tylan Henderson, Pflugerville Weiss linebacker

“

I knew I was supposed to be reaching out to coaches. I did not know who to reach out to or what to say, so I mostly posted my film and waited. This finally showed me the steps. I knew I had something to offer college programs. Now my name is out there and I feel confident about my recruitment.

“

I was doing this when nobody knew who I was. It taught me who to talk to and why that person was the right person. By the time the DMs and conversations started, I was not figuring it out for the first time.

What we're not

We're not a recruiting service.

We're a platform that teaches a strategy that builds real relationships.

We teach you the system and hand you the tools. You do the work, and the wins are yours. Here is how it runs.

Learn the system

The Strategy Academy walks you through how modern recruiting actually works, step by step.

Run your playbook

Your dashboard tells you what to do next, tracks every coach, and keeps you moving.

Get seen

Connect your X account and every coach who follows you lands on your board automatically. Then you go build the relationships.

Why it's different

We already did the hard part.

Recruiting yourself by hand is hundreds of hours of work: finding the right coaches, tracking who follows back, figuring out the next move, and keeping it all straight in spreadsheets that go stale the moment you save them. Visible Athlete does that part for you. Over 5,800 college coaches, already in the platform and kept current. A board that fills itself the moment you connect your X account. A Game Plan and a weekly to-do list built around you. You bring the talent and put in the reps that matter. We handle the grind.

MY TEAM

You're not doing this alone

A forum-style community where athletes and families ask questions, share victories, and stay connected through the whole journey.

Where the track record comes from

The method is proven. The platform is how you run it.

The system inside Visible Athlete is not a theory. It is the one our family ran by hand, for our own son and then for other families, and it helped athletes earn 100-plus offers and commitments at every level, including Division I. The platform is that same system, built so your athlete can keep up with it during a season instead of losing hundreds of hours to spreadsheets that go stale. The track record belongs to the method. The software is how you get it without a marketing background and a spare year.

The question every parent asks

“I don't want my kid on Twitter.”

Fair. It is the first thing most parents say, and it deserves a straight answer instead of a shrug.

Why X at all?

Because that is where college coaches actually are. Recruiting moved onto X years ago, and it is where coaches post camp dates, where they find film, and where they follow the players they are tracking. You do not have to like it. It is simply where the room is.

What does my athlete actually post?

Their own film, their own updates, and genuine engagement with the programs they are targeting. The Strategy Academy teaches exactly what to post and what not to, because a bad account is worse than no account. Your athlete writes and publishes every one of those posts themselves, from their own phone.

What connecting to Visible Athlete actually grants

Read their public posts, profile, and who they follow and who follows them. That is how coach follow-backs land on the Board automatically.
Stay connected so the Board keeps updating without them logging in again every week.
We cannot post. Not a tweet, not a reply, not a like. The permission to write does not exist on our end.
We cannot send direct messages, and we never store or show what a message says. When a coach DMs your athlete, X tells us who reached out, and that is all we use. That is how DMs land on the Board.
We never see a password. Connecting happens on X's own site. Your athlete's password is never typed into our platform and never reaches us.

Can I see what is going on, and can we undo it?

The Visible Athlete account belongs to your athlete, and there is nothing in it that is hidden from a parent, so signing in with their login shows you every screen they see. And the X connection can be revoked at any moment from X's own connected-apps settings, without asking us and without cancelling anything.

If you want to read the account over your athlete's shoulder every week, we think that is a good idea. This works best as a family project, which is how it started.

Parents, this part is for you

You have seen what it does. Here is what you are actually signing up for.

The rest of this page is written to your athlete, because they do the work. This block is the straight version for the person holding the card.

What you are buying

A software platform for your athlete. It connects to their X account, tracks every coach relationship and DM in one place, and guides them through building those relationships themselves through a personalized system. No two playbooks look alike. Inside it: a database of 5,800+ college coaches across 800+ programs, the Strategy Academy that teaches the whole recruiting process step by step, a personalized Game Plan, and the Board.

What you are not buying is outreach. We do not email or call coaches on your athlete's behalf, and we never will. That is the part that has to be theirs.

What it costs

$50 a month for the first 50 founding members, then $79. Add a sibling after you join for $25 a month each.

For comparison, by NCSA's own published figures families spend $400 to $4,000 on recruiting video alone, $250 to $2,000 on guidance and coaching, and $3,000 to $5,000 a year on club fees, travel and training.

How much time it takes

Your athlete gets a weekly task list that tells them exactly what to do next. Nothing on it is complicated.

We are not going to pretend there is a magic number of minutes. You get out of this what you put into it. The athletes this works for are the ones who show up on the ordinary weeks.

Whose account it is

You complete checkout. Your athlete then gets the activation email and sets their own password, so the account and the login belong to them.

Nothing in it is hidden from a parent. There are no parent-restricted screens, so signing in with your athlete's login shows you everything: their tasks, their board, which coaches followed back. A separate parent login is on the roadmap.

How to cancel

One click in the Stripe billing portal, which is tied to your email, not your athlete's.

No contract, no phone call, no cancellation fee. Your founding rate holds for as long as the membership stays active. If you cancel and come back more than 90 days later, you rejoin at the standard rate.

Who it is for

Football players in grades 8 through 12, including current 8th graders getting ready for high school. Athletes must be 13 or older.

A parent or guardian completes checkout. Your athlete gets their own login link right after, and the account is theirs to run.

No one can promise your athlete offers, and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. What we promise is the system, the tools, and the plan to make your athlete visible to the coaches who are already looking.
